I am a Pisces. Yes, that is what I am, water is my sign, I am a little unstable, you know, I guess that means that I am not a “routine person” but I am a very creative person. Today, I will keep my phone on the bedside table, tomorrow I will leave it in the kitchen and so forth. And you? You are a …. Ok, only you know, but me, I agree with my Fish sign totally, but hey, not when some kinky, wet behind the ears girl who calls herself “Bootylicious” on social media spreads rumors that you should not love Pisces because they are cheats. If a Fish loves you, you will never want to go away, but I digress! Look, where did all this come from? Their history is very intriguing, especially considering that it is rooted deeply in the Greek mythology. However, it makes very interesting reading for people who believe in these things. Each zodiac sign is associated with a Greek god and some godly happening. For example, Aries is associated with Hermes. You see, Aries was a ram, but to escape from its evil stepmother, this ram was given wings to fly away. Taurus the Bull is in fact Zeus who could change himself to anything that he chose. This time, he was after a beauty called Europa. Conniving fella, huh? Hercules was fighting a snake in the wet marshes and then a crab pinched him in the foot. That is where Cancer crab came from. Virgo was a virgin goddess. Forgive me, but I am yet to meet a virgin Virgo. (wink) Then there is Gemini, Twin brothers, Castor and Pollux, protectors of seafarers! I hear Geminis love forever. A Horseman, teacher to heroes, that is Sagittarius for you. Aqua-rius…cup bearer to the gods. Where did he earn this honor? When he served Zeus. Then there is Capricorn who turned to a goat to escape killing. Scorpio killed the Huge Orion, the hunter. Libra is about Justice, that is why she holds the scales.
