PROFESsee is my title. I am the perpetual learner, in pursuit of knowledge, wisdom and truth. I derived my name from professor
Once upon a time, the Greeks believed in four elements that made up "the everything" and these are Earth, Water, Air and Fire. This is not your average fairy tale because the same elements are what modern scientists still believe make up everything there is.
The earth is made up of rocks and various minerals that provide the very soil we stand on and use to grow vegetation. The most common elements that make the earth are silicon and oxygen, which is the reason behind the abundance of silicon dioxide, commonly referred to as sand.
Yes, the water you drink after a run in the morning or when you are out of breath in a swimming pool is part of the essential elements. Water is made up of two Hydrogen atoms and one Oxygen atom, which explains the popular formula H2O. Water is essential for the continuity of life on earth and is known as the universal solvent because it can dissolve more substances compared to other liquids.
Though initially considered a pure element, Air is a mixture of several gases which are primarily nitrogen, Oxygen, about 1% of argon, and small amounts of carbon dioxide and other gases such as Helium and Krypton. Life on earth is naturally self sufficient because we use oxygen and give out carbon dioxide which plants use for photosynthesis, a process that gives out oxygen.
Fire is closest to air and requires three main components to work; Oxygen, Fuel and heat. The fire’s intensity relies heavily on the availability of these components. The reason why your campfire will be such a headache to light is the lack or inadequacy of one of the components. Through a chemical reaction called combustion, fire can create heat, light and smoke which is made up of particles that were not completely combusted. Fire can be used in many useful processes and as the wise have it, it is a good slave but a very vicious master.

Can you guide St Paul overcome the four elements?
